Thank you for the opportunity to help you find your new apartment home. Remember, this is a Free service to you. I get paid a referral fee from the apartments, however, I need your help.

Each apartment will ask you to fill out a guest card which will ask "who referred you to the property." Please write-in my name and company on the guest card. Also, when you fill out an application, you will be asked again "who referred you to the property." Please remember to write-in my name and company on the application as well.

My company is fully computerized and I have complete data on almost every apartment in Greater Houston and surrounding areas. So there is no need to call another apartment locator.

Please let me know when you fill out an application or sign a lease. The apartments do not usually call us. The only way I know that you have filled out an applcation or signed a lease is if you call me.
